The Community Services Agency (CSA) of the Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO is an independent non-profit organization providing social services, emergency assistance, community organizing and advocacy support, union member training, strike support and other services to the unions of the Metropolitan Washington Council, AFL-CIO and Northern Virginia Labor Federation as well as working families in the metro Washington DC area.
The Director is responsible for all aspects of organizational leadership and management, internal and external communications, staff relations, financial management and fundraising, and program oversight. Learn more and apply.
